AMB Custom Structures & Design - Company Profile

AMB Custom Structures & Design, Inc. was established in 1993 to provide a complete line of quality construction and design services to its residential and commercial customers throughout the seacoast regions of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Under the direction of owner Amos Blanchard, the firm offers both consulting and management services in the areas of site development, building construction and architectural and landscape design.

Mr. Blanchard brings over 30 years of experience in the heavy and light construction industry to his clients. He is considered an expert in the siting of homes to maximize views, privacy, and is particularly recognized for his vision in the layout infrastructure development of Moody Point on Great Bay. Moody Point is an environmentally planned community on the pristine Great Bay National Estuary. The community has 70 units ranging from single family homes, duplexes, to multi unit condos, all of which Mr. Blanchard designed, built, and landscaped. He is also responsible for restoring a 19th century Kent Livery Stable later known as The Filion Building to what is now Kent Place in Newmarket, New Hampshire. Kent Place is a 30,000 square foot building completely renovated into a modern office and residential condo complex.

In 1996, AMB Custom Structures and Design, Inc. was the recipient of the New Hampshire Home Builders Association’s prestigious GOLD Award for Excellence in new home construction. AMB clients frequently comment that the company truly designs and delivers not just a custom built home, but also a custom home where every detail is the focus, thereby meeting the client’s needs and complimenting their lifestyle.

AMB provides the customer with expertise in site planning, quality construction, protecting and enhancing the environment in a new sub-division, private residence, or an existing home in need of renovation. AMB Custom Structures & Design, Inc. is a member of both the National and State Home Builders Association and is located at 104 Kent Place, Newmarket, NH.
